Rates
$150 per 50-minute individual session if paid at the time of service, with the initial session costing more ($180) due to the additional time of the therapist. Many patients cut costs by attending groups as part of their therapy, which is therapeutically effective and also has a time-of-service cost of only $45 per 90-minute session, attended with other patients. Others have found that shorter sessions are appropriate, and the cost is typically $75 per 20-25 minute session. Ask for a copy of our Fee Schedule for a full discussion.
These rates are modified substantially by contracts with various insurance companies, churches, employers, etc. who are payors under contract with A1 Alliance Counseling Services.
Please note: We do not accept Medicaid or any Medicare plans.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Is my therapist in network?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a missed appointment or "no show" fee of $100 to cover the cost of the session. These fees are not covered by insurance.
