In the ashes of betrayal, something powerful begins: the rise of a woman who chooses to heal.
She Who Rises is a therapist-led group for women recovering from heartbreak and disorientation of betrayal trauma. Whether from infidelity, secrecy, or sexual addiction in your relationship, this group offers a trauma-informed path to safety, strength, and restoration.
You are not too much. Not too broken, not too late. You are she who rises.
Duration: This group meets once per week for 90 minutes for a 20-week period.
Date: Groups take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM or 7:30 PM- 9:00 PM
Cost: $45 dollars per group plus the cost of a workbook, which is $25.
