Derek Livingston
Derek Livingston is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who provides services in individual, couples, and family therapy. He enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan. Derek has worked in the field of community mental health for over 10 years. In his free time, Derek enjoys various outdoor activities including hiking, camping, and snowmobiling.
Derek’s passion is working with client’s who are actively seeking a healthy balance in their life and building a collaborative partnership to work toward their goals. He utilizes Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) along with strategies from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Existential Therapy.
